(1929-2016) Poet. Maurice Kenny was born in Watertown, New York, and died in Saranac Lake, New York. He wrote over thirty volumes of poetry, prose, fiction, and drama. He was also a publisher, editor, and teacher. In 2014, he was enshrined in the New York State Writers Hall of Fame.
