| Biography: Philip Memmer is a widely published poet, and editor of the poetry journal Two Rivers Review. He is the Director of The Arts Branch of the YMCA of Greater Syracuse, and founder of the Downtown Writer's Center, a member of the YMCA National Writer's Voice network. His poems have appeared in journals such as Poetry, Mid-American Review, Southern Poetry Review, and Poetry Northwest, and in several anthologies, including 180 More: Extraordinary Poems for Every Day. He is the author of three collections of poems, most recently Sweetheart, Baby, Darling (Word Press, 2004). |
